Justin Bieber returned to the stage at the Lucca Summer Festival in Italy on Sunday night, for his first performance in nearly two months when he was forced to cancel a series of shows following a Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis, which was partially Causes facial paralysis.

Bieber appeared to deliver an energetic production to his Italian fans, who tweeted a clip of the 28-year-old singer shirtless dancing in the spotlight while performing songs from his hit catalog.

Bieber appears to be improving as his tour website has updated the stops to include concerts in Europe ahead of his move to South America in September. He is set to do two shows in South Africa by the end of the year followed by a dozen more in the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Justin Bieber to resume ‘Justice’ tour after facial paralysis caused by Ramsay hunting syndrome diagnosis

After canceling a few shows on his Purpose World Tour in June, the “What Do You Mean” singer revealed on Instagram last month that he’s struggling with movements on the right side of his face, including blinking his eyes, turning up his nose. Shaking or simply smiling. right side of his mouth.

He acknowledged that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, and would take some time to assess his medical needs.

According to the Mayo Clinic, Ramsay Hunt syndrome “occurs when an outbreak of shingles affects the facial nerve near one of your ears.”
